B2A System (Bridge 2 Abundance System) was founded in London with a clear mission: to help Business Owners unlock their full growth potential through the 3-step Business Growth Formula:

Our Founder

Harish founded B2A System after 29 years working with businesses across various sectors including Construction. With expertise in Sales & Marketing, he recognized the need for strategic business consulting tailored specifically for Rwanda’s entrepreneurial landscape.

Harish holds a Certificate of Ace Mentor from Public Speaking University of London and has mentored business owners on presentation for profit with Andy Harrington. His passion is helping Rwandan entrepreneurs build businesses that create lasting impact.

1971 — Bhuj, Kutch (War Zone)
Born breach during the India–Pakistan war
1980 — Nairobi, Kenya (Age 9)
Arrived with no English. No Swahili. No safety net.
1990 — Nairobi (Age 19)
Joined Ravji Construction
1990–1995 — Scale Phase
Helped grow Ravji Construction into a multi-million-dollar company
1995 — London, UK
Started again as a construction labourer
1996 — London
Launched Elevat Builders within 9 months of arrival
2000s–Present — Expansion Phase
